Acceptance
These terms govern your use of Sahtak, operated by Byteex. By creating an account you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Sahtak provides general nutrition and wellness guidance and AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Consult a professional before major dietary changes, and if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sahtak.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Subscriptions & trials
Using Sahtak requires a monthly or yearly subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy and can vary by country. Eligible new subscribers get a free trial (currently 7 days) set up by the store: you confirm the subscription with your store account at the start, nothing is charged during the trial, and unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends it converts automatically into the paid subscription you chose, charged to your store account at the price shown. The store decides who is eligible, usually once per store account. After that the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings → Subscriptions; cancelling during the trial means you’re not charged, and cancelling later stops future renewals while you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Nutrition estimates may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byteex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
